Clearly, although UTS is ranked in the 251-300 position/group [2017], it has the highest international outlook score of 92.3 points in comparison to other universities including UNSW with 91 points [ranked 78], and USyd with 83.7 points [ranked 60]. This shows that the rankings might have not priorly been considered over other factors such as the universities' strategies, locations, cultures, and/or backgrounds relating to relevant stakeholders, in Sydney.

   In practice of choices to indicating the Theme and New in clauses, this page introduces a new concept of Multi-layer New in writing. This idea stems from my Everyday Theme and New collection which shows that there are existing multi-layers in both Theme and New sides when analysing clauses of written sentences - from a range of academic articles, toward pointing out their Theme and New components. 

On this page, the Multilayer New is defined or existed if in the multiple New side it appears different levels of New levels. The first level is called the main-layer,  and the following levels are called the sub-layers. For example, regarding my following Theme and New Collection TN-170126, the sentence in the line # 16 shows that it has Multiple New levels in the New side: one main-layer,  and two sub-layers. 

                       The main-layer of the New part displays the main verb 'said'

                        and 

                       Two sub-layers include the first sub-layer displaying the following verb 'believed' and the second sub-layer displaying a phrase 'will be discovered in the near future'

An important note, in order to be considered as a Multilayer New, this New must be a Multiple New which has been recognised, ruled and learnt in the "Theory and Practice of Literacy" subject.
